Consultation and discovery; This allows us to get to know each other; allowing me to understand everything about your lifestyle, fitness journey and goals

Personalised nutrition plan;
A personalised diet plan based around you, your lifestyle and goals and comes complete with daily targets including calories, macro’s and supplementation and is tweaked/adjusted accordingly throughout the journey

Specific Training programme; A complimentary exercise programme that is individual & built for you; detailing the training and movement needs to hit your goals, and adjusted when required

Weekly progress meeting; A weekly check in (using a method of your choice); a chance to discuss progress, feedback on the programme, celebrate success and agree to dig deeper if needed

24hr communication; I am available to you when you need me, always here to provide the support you ; Q’s about the plan, the food, grocery shopping, cooking/preparation, the exercises….anything!

Progress updates; Measurements and pictures will be taken at key milestones to evaluate progress and provide motivation
